1. Open up your FTP program, (we strongly
recommend SmartFTP).
2. Enter your domain in this format "yourdomain.com/web".
You must add "/web"
to the end of your domain or it WILL NOT work.
3. Enter your username and your password,
If one has not been provided for you then have an authorized user
contact us for the login information.
4. Click the connect button.
