Microsoft
Outlook Setup
Open Microsoft Outlook, at the
top select the Tools menu, then select the E-mail
Accounts option.

Select the option to "Add a
new e-mail account" and click the Next button.
NOTE: If you currently have an email
address configured, please choose "View or change
existing e-mail accounts". After clicking on "NEXT",
click on "Change" in the upper right-hand
corner and click HERE.

Select "POP3" as the
mail server type.

Next fill out the correct
information.
- Your Name
- Your email address (
username@theworks.com )
- Your login information (
username and password )
- Incoming POP3 mail
server ( mail.theworks.com )
- Outgoing SMTP mail
server ( mail.theworks.com )

Now click
on "More Settings" (NEW UPDATE!!!)

Now click on "Outgoing
server" and check the box below and click OK

The next step is to test the
accounts settings. Click the button to "Test Account
Settings". This will do a simple test to make sure the
program can connect to the server, so make sure you are on
the internet before doing this. Then click Next.
Click the Finish
button and you will have completed the setup.
