It's long overdue and now it's time to migrate all csi-wireless.net clients to our mail system. The following information will help you to change your settings to receive your mail through our new system. YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS WILL NOT CHANGE.

This mail server changeover enables you to access your mail through the web. Simply point your web browser to http://mail.unwiredbb.com and log right in! You will also have your mail screened for SPAM (unsolicited junk email) and Viruses.

Steps to ensure smooth migration:

Step 1: Be prepared for the change on Tuesday.
Tuesday morning around 9:00am would be the best possible time for you to make the changes necessary to transition. The major difference between how your mail is received now and after the migration, is that your username will change from just the first part of your address to your full email address. On or after Tuesday morning, you need to modify your mail server addresses and your username. To do this, open your mail program's preferences and change the following information:

Incoming (POP3) Mail Server: pop3.unwiredbb.com
Outgoing (SMTP) Mail Server: smtp.unwiredbb.com
POP Account / User Name: you@csi-wireless.net (full email address)
Password: Same as always, call if you need it reset.

Step 2: If you're having problems.
We've learned with all of the migrating we've done lately that having a backup plan is a necessity. We will undoubtedly be quite busy on Tuesday morning due to those folks that won't get our emails in time to prepare for this change. If you're having problems, please use our webmail system to access your new email box. Just use your full email address and password to log in. If all else fails, call us at 559-261-4444 and choose support.
